Maurer Construction took on a significant challenge in Benton Park, revamping an apartment complex consisting of four separate units. Each unit required extensive renovations, spanning from bathrooms and kitchens to flooring and beyond. It was a massive project, but Maurer Construction rose to the occasion, delivering exceptional results.

Keeping the old-fashioned feel of the building and the neighborhood in mind, we made sure our doors and windows matched that classic look. We teamed up with local businesses to find top-notch materials, and the end result speaks for itself.

Kitchen Updates

Together with the new flooring, we decided to give these kitchens a much-needed makeover. We installed fresh countertops, faucets, and took care of the electrical work, ensuring every detail was just right.

Bathroom Remodels

Despite the constraints of limited space, we successfully remodeled all four bathrooms, transforming them into sleek, modern spaces. Our goal was to create an updated and clean aesthetic, and we achieved just that within each compact area
