We’re looking for a Carpenter who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of building high-quality projects the right way.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform hands-on carpentry work daily

  • Framing, trim carpentry, blocking, demo, punch work, and general construction tasks

  • Assist with layout and jobsite organization

  • Work alongside subcontractors and help keep projects moving

  • Read plans and execute details accurately

  • Help maintain quality standards throughout the project

  • Communicate with the owner, subcontractors, and clients when needed

  • Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional

  • Assist with material pickups and project preparation

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of carpentry or residential construction experience

  • Strong understanding of general residential construction

  • Experience with framing and finish carpentry preferred

  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field

  • Someone who cares about quality and takes ownership of their work

  • Positive attitude and good communication skills

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Ability to lift materials and work in active construction environments
