Office Manager

Maurer Construction is a growing design-build general contractor focused on building with quality, communication, and transparency. We manage projects from concept through completion.

We are seeking an organized, driven, and personable Office Manager to support day-to-day operations, client communication, scheduling, and administrative systems as we continue to grow.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, working directly with people, and helping keep projects and teams moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and scheduling

  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Organize project files, contracts, and invoices

  • Assist with invoicing and bookkeeping coordination through QuickBooks

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and material deliveries

  • Support project management and field operations

  • Help improve company systems, organization, and client experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and professional communication style

  • Experience with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office preferred

  • Someone who values transparency, teamwork, and problem-solving

Compensation & Perks

  • $50,000 – $60,000 salary (based on experience)
