Maurer Construction is a growing design-build general contractor focused on quality, communication, and transparency. We specialize in residential renovations and additions, managing projects from concept through completion.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of day-to-day field operations and help us scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Run job sites from start to finish

  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage schedules

  • Ensure work meets quality standards (no shortcuts)

  • Communicate clearly with the owner (me), clients, and trades

  • Problem-solve in the field and keep projects moving

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of construction experience 

  • Strong project management experience 

  • Ability to manage subs and hold people accountable

  • Someone who takes extreme ownership

  • Good communicator with clients and trades

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable with technology

  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Perks

  • $70,000 – $100,000 salary (based on experience)
